This is the original bender front piece, before I started making any drastic hardware changes. I did remove the air cylider as it just got in the way. You can see the pulley that's powered by the stepper motor (center of the pic). You can see two yellow curly-lines running out of the back of the carriage, one provides compressed air to open/close the collett, the other has 4 tiny wires running through it to provide power to the AC carriage motor (the little tiny blue motor at front of the carriage). This motor will be replaced with something newer. Behind my yellow parts box is a Sony measuring gauge, which will connect to a COM port and allow you to read numbers from the gauge directly to the computer. It should come in handy for something later down the line =)
